目的:在举证责任倒置指导下加强手术室管理,减少安全事故,使护士树立法律观念,学会依法举证、依法办事,为今后可能出现的医患纠纷举证责任倒置提供有力法律依据。方法:树立举证意识。进行安全教育和业务学习强化。应用整体护理模式,签字记录。严格无菌操作,完善灭菌数据。严格把控护理文书质量。加强手术室物品管理,严格核对。尊重患者,维护患者及其家属的知情权。结论:通过举证责任指导手术室护理安全管理,提高护理人员法律法规意识,排查风险,积极完善护理工作,为护理行为提供有利的、证实的法律证据,是顺应新形式、是护理人员自我保护的必要手段。
Objective: To strengthen operating room management and reduce accidents under the guidance of reversal of the burden of proof, so that nurses can establish legal concepts, learn evidence according to law and act according to law, and provide a strong legal basis for the possible reversal of the burden of proof in the future. Conclusion: Guiding the nursing safety management of operation room through the burden of proof, improving the consciousness of laws and regulations of nurses, scrutinizing the risks, actively improving the nursing work, and providing favorable and confirmed legal evidences for nursing behavior are the new forms and the self-protection of nurses Necessary means.
