本文将一种新型动叶-轴流式弯掠动叶风机的气动性能、气动噪声和噪声频谱的测量结果与轴流式径向动叶风机进行了对比,结果表明:弯掠动叶风机能够扩大失速裕度(稳定工作范围)和降低气动噪声。本文还对实验结果进行了机理分析,并讨论了弯掠动叶风机对宽频噪声和离散噪声的影响。通过对比分析稳定工况的气动噪声计算方案,得到了适于计算弯掠动叶风机气动噪声的计算方法。
In this paper, the aerodynamic performance, aerodynamic noise and noise spectrum measurements of a new type of blade-axial swept leaf blower are compared with that of axial-flow radial lobe fans. The results show that the curved swept leaf fan can Increase stall margin (stable operating range) and reduce aerodynamic noise. In this paper, the mechanism of the experimental results is also analyzed, and the effect of bending swept leaf fan on the broadband noise and discrete noise is discussed. By comparing and analyzing the calculation scheme of aerodynamic noise in stable working conditions, the calculation method of aerodynamic noise for curved swept rotor blades is obtained.
