中国石油化工集团公司(简称中国石化)是在原中国石化总公司基础上组建的特大型石油化工企业集团,有全资、控股企业和直属事业单位90多个。1998年,中国石油化工集团公司在《财富》杂志世界500强中排名第73位。1999年预计实现销售收入3900亿元,同比增长38％;实现利税345亿元。
China Petrochemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Sinopec”) is a large-scale petrochemical enterprise group established on the basis of former China Petrochemical Corporation. It has more than 90 wholly-owned and controlled enterprises and directly-affiliated public institutions. In 1998, China Petrochemical Corporation was ranked 73rd among the Fortune 500 in the world. In 1999, it is estimated that the sales revenue will be 390 billion yuan, an increase of 38% over the same period of last year; the profit and tax will reach 34.5 billion yuan.
