目的:观察中药活血化瘀膏外敷治疗肾虚血瘀证型膝骨性关节病(OA)的有效性及其对生存质量(QOL)的影响。方法:应用生存质量WHOQOL-BREF量表对符合纳入标准的研究对象治疗组30例(外敷活血化瘀膏治疗)和对照组30例(外用扶他林乳胶剂治疗)治疗后临床疗效进行评价,同时应用Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准进行辅助评价。结果:1.治疗组、对照组治疗后Lysholm膝关节功能评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);2.治疗后治疗组与对照组疗效比较,P<0.05,治疗组评分明显高于对照组;3.应用生存质量WHOQOL-BREF量表评分,治疗组自身生存质量总的主观感觉、自身健康状况总的主观感觉、生理领域、心理领域得分高与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀膏外敷治疗膝OA在临床症状、体征和生存质量评估方面均明显改善,明显地提高了患者生存质量。
Objective: To observe the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Huayu Ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthrosis (OA) with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and its effect on quality of life (QOL). Methods: The quality of life of WHOQOL-BREF scale was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of 30 patients (treated with topical Huoxue Huayu Ointment) and 30 patients (control group) Lysholm knee function evaluation criteria for the auxiliary evaluation. The scores of Lysholm knee function in treatment group and control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05); 2. The curative effect of treatment group and control group was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05), the treatment group score was significantly higher (P <0.05) .3. The WHOQOL-BREF scale was used to evaluate the overall subjective feeling of life quality of the treatment group, the subjective feeling of their own health status, and the scores of the physiological and psychological areas were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of Huoxue Huayu Ointment in the treatment of knee OA has obviously improved in the aspects of clinical symptoms, signs and quality of life evaluation, and obviously improved the quality of life of patients.
