随着就业形势的日益严峻以及金融危机的冲击,大学生就业难问题越来越突出。如何引导高校毕业生选择正确的择业道路,顺利实现就业,是社会各界普遍关心的问题。对高职院校图书馆参与大学生就业指导工作进行了探讨,提出了图书馆参与大学生就业指导工作的措施。
With the increasingly serious employment situation and the impact of the financial crisis, the employment of college graduates is becoming more and more prominent. How to guide college graduates to choose the right career path and get employment smoothly is a common concern of all walks of life. This paper discusses the employment guidance of college students in higher vocational college libraries and puts forward the measures of library to participate in college students’ employment guidance.
