Shantou Administration Office [2017] No. 136 People’s government of all counties (cities, districts) and various departments and municipalities directly under the Central Government: According to the Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Open Administration of Government Affairs in an All-round Way and Its Implementation Rules and provincial Party committee, provincial government documents requirements, in order to strengthen organizational leadership of open government affairs, the municipal government decided to set up a government open leadership group (hereinafter referred to as the leading group). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: I. Main Responsibilities Fulfillment of the guidelines and policies of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial government, the municipal party committee and the municipal government on the open government affairs; study and propose policies and measures and annual work priorities of the city’s open government work; Coordination around, each
