我厂试制四种薄壁圆止推轴承环,它们的几何形状,主要尽寸和技术要求见图1、表1主要技术要求：1、壁厚公差为-0.05mm.2、平面度公差为+0.05mm 平面度检查方法（按国标）:平面度检查应能凭自重从相距为最大壁厚加上平面度公差0.05mm之和没2.05mm两竖直平行板间自由落下, 顺利通过为合格,通不过为不合格。平行板高度应大于另件直径。 材料:合金层为20高锡（锡为20％;铝为79％; 其他为1％）,钢背为10号钢或08F钢板,两者碾压而成的复合板。复合板的尺寸规格是:厚2.4mm ×宽125mm×长410mm。每条料能下14个止推环。
