3基础设施本章介绍基础设施的冬季问题,其内容构架与前一章铁道车辆类似,包含组织问题以及与轨道和接触网相关的具体问题。首先从基础设施角度讨论最恶劣的气候条件。根据“定义和解释”中的定义,认为所有报道的问题基本上均与速度有关。为了在更广泛的层面上介绍该问题,本章以一段日本的摘录(参考图37)开始。
3 Infrastructure This chapter covers the winter issues of infrastructure and its content architecture is similar to that of the previous chapter in rail vehicles and includes organizational issues and specific issues related to the orbit and catenary. First, we discuss the worst weather conditions from an infrastructure perspective. According to the definition in “Definition and Interpretation,” all reported problems are basically speed-related. To introduce the issue on a broader level, the chapter begins with a paragraph of Japan’s excerpts (see Figure 37).
