杀螟杆菌是一种新型杀虫剂农药。为了测定该农药对粘虫、菜青虫的杀虫效果,一九七四年我们作了药效试验。一、药液配制方法: 用一份杀螟杆菌菌粉,加一百五十倍水和十分之一的洗衣粉。具体作法是:先将杀螟杆菌菌粉碾碎过筛,称取一份菌粉用少量水浸泡四小时,搅拌搓碎,随后取它的过滤水溶液,加足一百五十倍的水和十分之一份的洗衣粉,搅拌均匀即成药液,用于田间喷雾。二、试验处理:
