目的了解唐山市某社区老年人对食品营养标签的知识(K)、态度(A)、行为(P)情况。方法选取唐山市某社区符合条件的老年人进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括一般人口学特征、食品营养标签相关营养基础知识、食品营养标签知识、态度及行为。结果本次调查符合条件的社区老年人共284人,年龄在50~89(69.6±5.3)岁。知识部分的平均分为(15.52±0.17)分,其中营养标签相关营养基础知识得分为(6.09±5.21)分;食品营养标签知识平均分为(9.38±4.17)分。性别、学历、经济收入及既往职业对社区老年人食品营养标签的知识得分均有影响(P<0.05)。食品营养标签相关营养基础知识与食品营养标签知识之间存在正相关(r=0.541,P<0.05)。在A和P部分,有94.2%的社区老年人认为食品包装上有必要标识营养标签,经常使用营养标签的老年人占18.3%,且91.2%的老年人倾向于关注产品的生产日期/保质期,而对其他内容关注较少。42.3%的老年人认为营养标签太复杂,41.2%对之缺乏兴趣。社区老年人获得营养标签知识的主要途径是广播/电视/网络,占76.4%。结论社区老年人对食品营养标签的知识具有一定了解,但并不全面;关于营养标签的态度很好,但使用情况较差;针对社区老年人进行食品营养标签的宣传教育工作还需进一步加强。
Objective To understand the knowledge (K), attitude (A) and behavior (P) of seniors’ food nutrition labeling in a community in Tangshan. Methods Eligible seniors in a community in Tangshan City were surveyed. The questionnaire includes general demographic characteristics, nutrition related knowledge of food nutrition labeling, knowledge of food nutrition labeling, attitude and behavior. Results A total of 284 senile elders were eligible in this survey, ranging in age from 50 to 89 (69.6 ± 5.3) years. The average score of knowledge part was (15.52 ± 0.17) points, of which nutrition nutrition score was (6.09 ± 5.21); knowledge of food nutrition label was divided equally (9.38 ± 4.17) points. Gender, education, income, and previous occupations had an impact on the knowledge score of food nutrition labeling for the elderly in the community (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the nutrition knowledge of food nutrition labeling and the knowledge of food nutrition labeling (r = 0.541, P <0.05). In sections A and P, 94.2% of the community’s elders considered that it is necessary to identify nutrition labels on food packaging, 18.3% are elderly who regularly use nutrition labels, and 91.2% of the elderly tend to focus on the production date / shelf life of the product, And less attention to other content. 42.3% of the elderly think nutrition labeling is too complicated, 41.2% lack interest. The main way for community seniors to obtain nutrition labeling knowledge is broadcast / television / internet, accounting for 76.4%. Conclusion The community seniors have some knowledge of food nutrition labeling knowledge, but they are not comprehensive. The attitude about nutrition labeling is good, but the use is poor. The publicity and education on food nutrition labeling for the community elderly need to be further strengthened.
