1病历摘要患者女,42岁。因头颈、躯干出现丘疹、斑块伴瘙痒1个月余,于2012年3月29日来我院门诊就诊。患者于2012年2月无明显诱因双侧乳房下起数个绿豆至黄豆大暗红色丘疹,自觉瘙痒,但未予以诊治,此后皮损增多、增大,部分融合成片,泛发至头颈部和躯干,瘙痒加剧,遂来我院就诊。患者既往体健,无慢性病史,有婚外性接触史,家族中无相似疾病患者。
