1 病历摘要患者男,24岁。左肩部丘疹1年余。患者1年前无明显诱因于左肩部出现一米粒大红色丘疹,无自觉症状,未诊治。近1年来,丘疹逐渐增大,且周围出现红斑,丘疹部分变黑,于2012年5月28日到我科就诊。体格检查:一般情况好,系统检查无异常。皮肤科检查:左肩部见一暗红色、花生米大丘疹,表面部分血痂,丘疹周围有黄红色斑,边缘清楚(图1)。实验室检查:皮损组织病理检查示:表皮大体正常,真皮浅中层血管增生、扩张,血管腔内充满红细胞,管壁内皮细胞部分似鞋钉样突向管腔,围绕血管周围可见含铁血黄素沉积(图2)。
1 medical record Summary Male patient, 24 years old. Left shoulder papules more than 1 year. One year ago, there was no obvious incentive for the patient to appear a large red papule on the left shoulder without any symptoms and no diagnosis and treatment. In the past year, papules gradually increased, and the surrounding erythema, papules part of the black, on May 28, 2012 to our department. Physical examination: the general situation is good, the system check no abnormalities. Dermatology examination: see a dark red left shoulder, peanut papules, the surface part of the blood scab, papules around the yellow-red spots, clear edge (Figure 1). Laboratory examination: histopathological examination revealed that the epidermis was generally normal, the superficial dermal hyperplasia and dilatation of blood vessels, erythrocytes were filled in the vascular lumen, and some of the endothelial cells in the wall appeared to protrude into the lumen. Sedimentary (Figure 2).
