On July 25, 2006, Mr. Jiang Bi Kun, a famous Chinese constitutionalist and Professor of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, ushered in the 80th anniversary of his life and the 52th anniversary of his constitutional education. To this end, by the China Law Society Constitutional Law Research Association and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law jointly sponsored by Zhongnan University of Economics and Law Constitutional Research Institute contractors "social transformation and public legal mission cum Jiangbi Kun legal education and academic thinking Seminar held in Wuhan.
