当世界各国的经济社会发展不断地出现许多奇特景象时,出版业作为社会发展的一个重要标志,其发展战略也就显得异彩纷呈,变幻莫测,分外引人注目了。我国的出版业,要在世界同行业中异军崛起,争得席位,必须有自己的应变对策。而实施出版发展二元战略,对于促使应变对策的科学化,则具有决定性意义。一元战略的历史反思长期以来,我国实施的出版发展战略,基本上是单向性的一元战略。这种战略,尽管有它的客观基础,然而存在弊端。在新老体制相互交替、社会处于急剧变革的历史新时期,我们不能不对它作一重新考察,进行历史反思。
As the world economy continues to witness many peculiar phenomena in its economic and social development, as an important symbol of social development, its development strategy has become colorful and unpredictable, attracting much attention. The publishing industry in our country must have its own countermeasures in order to gain the seat in the world in the same industry. However, the implementation of the dual strategy of publishing and developing has a decisive significance in promoting the scientificization of response measures. Historical Review of the One-Dollar Strategy For a long time, the strategy of publishing and development implemented in our country is basically a unidirectional one-dollar strategy. This strategy, despite its objective basis, has drawbacks. In the new historical period in which the new and old systems alternate with each other and the society is undergoing radical changes, we can not but make a fresh review of it and carry out historical introspection.
