目的探讨高效液相色谱法测定密胺餐具水性模拟液中甲醛迁移量的方法。方法密胺餐具中的甲醛经4%的乙酸水性模拟液提取后,再与2,4-二硝基苯肼反应生成紫外衍生产物,以乙腈与水(60∶40,V/V)作为流动相,C18柱(5μm,150×4.6 mm)分离,360 nm检测。结果密胺餐具水性模拟液中的甲醛在0.50 mg/L~20.2 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),检出限为0.01 mg/L,加标回收率在95.7%~108.4%之间,重复测定的RSD≤1.26%。结论该方法快速、简单、准确,可用于密胺餐具水性模拟液中甲醛迁移量的测定。
Objective To study the method for the determination of formaldehyde in aqueous simulated liquid of melamine tableware by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Formaldehyde in melamine tableware was extracted with 4% acetic acid aqueous simulant and then reacted with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine to produce UV derivative. Acetonitrile and water (60:40, V / V) Phase, C18 column (5μm, 150 × 4.6 mm) separation, 360 nm detection. Results Formaldehyde in aqueous simulated liquid of melamine tableware had a good linearity (r = 0.9998) within the range of 0.50 mg / L ~ 20.2 mg / L with the detection limit of 0.01 mg / L and the recovery of standard addition ranged from 95.7% to 108.4 % RSD ≤ 1.26%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of formaldehyde transport in aqueous simulated liquid of melamine tableware.
