笔者所执教的内容是八年级《弯道跑》。为了激发学生学习兴趣,使学生更好地学习和掌握弯道跑技术,笔者在备课过程中想到了很多与弯道有关的场地图形,如同心圆、单圆、双圆、弧形等;但是,考虑到教学环节的衔接、师生互动、队形的调动与练习的安全性等因素,最终选择了在直径11米的四个圆上进行教学。在课前接触学生时,笔者只把课的流程与场地图,给学生讲了一遍,主教材技术环节没有透露。目的是让学生充满期待地参与学习,增强课堂趣味性和实效性。精心设计方案:在基本部分各步骤设
