目的建立空气污染对人群健康影响综合信息平台,整合全国范围内已经建立的各种监测网的数据资源,形成空气污染及相关健康综合数据库。方法 2014—2015年通过数据收集、数据统计和系统设置3大模块,实现数据的整合、分析和管理功能。结果信息平台于2015年建立,目前应用于全国10个省12个城市,将环境因素数据、死因监测数据、疾病与症状监测数据以及健康调查数据有效整合,形成从数据收集、校验、审核、清理到统计分析的规范流程。结论此平台的建立不仅可以实现数据的共享和综合利用,同时还能为空气污染对人群健康影响的科学研究提供数据支撑。
Objective To establish a comprehensive information platform on the health effects of air pollution and integrate the data resources of various monitoring networks established throughout the country to form a comprehensive database of air pollution and related health. Methods Three major modules of data collection, data statistics and system setup were implemented in 2014-2015 to integrate, analyze and manage data. Results The information platform was established in 2015 and is currently used in 12 cities in 10 provinces in the country. The data of environmental factors, the cause of death monitoring data, the disease and symptom monitoring data and the health survey data are effectively integrated to form a data collection, verification, audit, Clean up to the standardization process of statistical analysis. Conclusion The establishment of this platform can not only achieve data sharing and comprehensive utilization, but also provide data support for scientific research on the impact of air pollution on population health.
