近年来,美加等国家为了缩小对我国的贸易逆差,在继续频频对我国采取反倾销措施的同时,又试图通过另一救济措施——反补贴来限制我国的出口,因此分析WTO《补贴与反补贴措施协定》的有关规定与我国现在面临的反补贴形势及其产生的原因十分必要,对于合理规避和减少国外反补贴调查、制定与之相一致的发展国内产业政策和扶持措施具有重要意义。
