近年来,儿童中单纯性肥胖逐年增多的现象已引起人们的重视。儿童肥胖的发生不仅影响儿童身体形态和重要器官的发育,而且将有很大一部分与今后成人的高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化等疾病有关。我们总结了1995年1月～11月我院保健科肥胖儿门诊的44例肥胖儿童病例,主要是对肥胖的程度与相关因素进行了初步分析,以便在今后的儿童保健工作中做好早期预防,对发生的肥胖儿童提供指导,以利于儿童的健康教育。
In recent years, the phenomenon of simple obesity in children has been increasing year by year has attracted people’s attention. The occurrence of childhood obesity affects not only the body shape of children and the development of vital organs, but also a large proportion of diseases related to hypertension, coronary heart disease and arteriosclerosis in adults in the future. We summarize the cases of obese children in 44 obese children from January 1995 to November 2011 in our obstetrics and gynecology department. We mainly analyzed the degree of obesity and related factors in order to make early prevention in the future child care work , To provide guidance for fat children who occur, in order to facilitate children’s health education.
