近日,中共中央政治局候补委员、中央书记处书记、中央办公厅主任王刚做出重要批示指出,建立已公开现行文件利用工作,“为广大人民群众了解党和国家的方针政策开设新的窗口,对于密切党和政府与人民群众的联系,维护群众的合法权益,推进政务信息公开,具有积极意义。希望档案部门在各级党委和政府的领导下,求真务实,开拓创新,把这项工作做深、做细、做实,以适应群众的实际需要,为全面建设小康社会做出新的贡献。”为了切实贯彻落实王刚同志的重要批示,进一步做好现行公开文件利用工作,笔者认为着重应从以下几个方面加大工作力度。
