近年来,随着市场经济体制的建立与完善,企业所面临的竞争环境也日渐激烈。在日益严峻的竞争形势下,企业必须要通过有效的策略促进自身竞争力的增强。绩效考核作为现代企业管理活动中一项重要的内容,其在促进员工成长、提高管理效率方面发挥着重要的作用,因此也收到了越来越多管理者的重视。本文就主要针对日常绩效考核实效性的相关问题进行简单的分析。
