1997年6月和11月湛江市2例艾滋病患者先后死亡,其致死原因均与机会性感染有关。这2例病人均为出国劳务人员,其感染艾滋病的来源均在国外,传染途径以性接触的可能性最大。建议国境口岸艾滋病监测应将出国劳务、经商的归国人员列为监测重点。
Two AIDS patients died in Zhanjiang City in June and November 1997. The causes of death were all related to opportunistic infections. These 2 patients were all laborers going abroad with all the sources of AIDS infection in other countries and the possibility of sexual contact being the most likely. It is suggested that HIV / AIDS surveillance at frontier ports should focus on overseas monitoring of the workforce that returns from abroad and returns from business.
