用NAKAMUTA(1982)的装置研究了龟纹瓢虫成虫对棉蚜的搜索行为和棉蚜的应激反应,得出:1、搜索摄食棉蚜前的搜索轨迹弯曲角度小,搜索活动速度快,搜索摄食棉蚜后的0—15秒期间搜索轨迹弯曲角度大,搜索活动速度慢。2、棉蚜受到龟纹瓢虫成虫攻击前后4分钟内触角摆动频率差异显著,攻击后大于攻击前。3、棉蚜利用保护色逃避龟纹瓢虫成虫捕食的作用不明显。4、龟纹瓢虫成虫对聚集格局棉蚜的搜索是聚集搜索,而对随机格局和均匀格局棉蚜的搜索是均匀搜索,以此提高搜索效率。5、空间分布结果表明龟纹瓢虫对棉蚜在生活小环境上有追随关系。
Using NAKAMUTA (1982), the search behavior of Aphis gossypii on cotton aphid and the stress response of Aphis gossypii were studied. The results showed that: 1, the searching trajectory before feeding on cotton aphid showed a small bending angle, During the 0-15 second period after searching for cotton aphid, the searching track has a large bending angle and a slow searching activity. 2, Aphis gossypii had a significant difference in the frequency of antennae swing within 4 minutes before and after being attacked by adult ladybugs, which was greater than that before attack. 3, cotton aphid use protective color to avoid the bug ladybug predatory effect is not obvious. 4, the ladybug adult ladybug aggregation pattern Aphis gossypii search is clustered search, and random pattern and uniform pattern of cotton aphid search is uniform search, in order to improve search efficiency. Spatial distribution The results showed that Propylaea japonica had a following relationship with cotton aphid in the small living environment.
