托管架托辊荷载是深水S型铺管中管道分析和托管架设计的主要荷载。管道大变形、托辊高度分布不均匀、船体运动等因素使托辊荷载的解析和数值求解都非常困难,而常规的水池实验也因缩比太大难以保证实验精度。该文基于dSPACE仿真平台设计了模拟海底管道S型铺设的半实物仿真实验系统,开展了中大比尺托管架与管道之间相互作用的模型实验研究。将静力实验结果与数值结果进行对比,吻合良好,在此基础上研究了托辊荷载的分布规律。通过对比托辊动力荷载和静力荷载,进一步分析了深水铺管作业过程中船体运动对托辊动力荷载的影响。
Roller load on the stinger is the main load for pipeline analysis and stinger design in deepwater S-type pipe laying. Large deformation of the pipe, uneven distribution of the roller height, hull movement and other factors make roller load analysis and numerical solution are very difficult, but the conventional pool experiment is too large for the compression ratio to ensure the accuracy of the experiment. Based on the dSPACE simulation platform, a semi-physical simulation system was designed to simulate S-type submarine pipeline laying. The experimental study on the interaction between the pipe and the mesoscale scale stinger was carried out. The static experimental results are compared with the numerical results, which are in good agreement. On the basis of this study, the distribution of roller load is studied. By comparing the dynamic load and static load of the idler, the influence of hull movement on the dynamic load of the idler was further analyzed in the process of deepwater pipelaying.
