目的提高门诊药房药物咨询服务水平。方法采用回顾性分析方法对2005年5月-2009年11月1300例门诊患者的咨询记录进行统计分析。结果 18.46%的患者咨询药物使用方法。18.46%的患者咨询药物用药时间,13.85%的患者咨询药物不良反应。结论门诊药房开展药物咨询可促进合理用药,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To improve the level of drug counseling services in outpatient pharmacies. Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the consultation records of 1300 outpatients from May 2005 to November 2009. Results 18.46% of the patients consulted about the drug use method. 18.46% of the patients consult the medication time, 13.85% of the patients consult the adverse drug reactions. Conclusion Outpatient pharmacies to promote drug counseling can promote the rational use of drugs to improve clinical treatment.
