近几年,我县疥疮病流行甚烈,有的一人染病,患及全家,严重地影响了患者的睡眠和身心健康。笔者用中药薰洗法治疗200例患者,效果很好。方药;野菊花、苦参、生甘草各30g,苍耳子各20g,百部、苍术各20g,大枫子、花椒、荆芥、地肤,子各15g,合虱、黄柏各10g。用法:上药共煮沸10min,去渣,取汤半盆,薰洗患部或全身。每日一剂,每剂二煎,早晚各薰洗一次,每次须更内衣(内衣要煮沸或曝晒后再用)。一般用药5～10贴,最多用至20贴。结果:痊愈:(瘙痒消失,疥疮愈合)125例,显效(瘙痒明显减轻,疥面愈合60%以上)41例,进步(瘙痒有所减轻,疥面愈合40%以上)23例,无效(瘙痒未减,且并发肾炎等它病)11例。总有效率94.5%。

The total efficiency is 94.5%.
