岚山港于1989年实行了一类口岸开放,然而当年吞吐量仅35.7万吨,纯收入不足70万元,经过五年的发展,1994年1~9月份吞吐量已达154.5万吨,主业纯收入已逾800万元。岚山港今天的效益从何而来?我们的体会是:立足港口实际,以邓小平同志南巡重要谈话和党的十四届三中全会精神为指针,解放思想,深化改革,加快了经济的发展步伐。这主要表现在以下两个方面: (一)、转换经营机制,外引内联,实行企业产权多元化的改革新举措。 港口规模的大小和配套设施的完善与否,从某种程度上决定了港口的生产能力和经济效益。在抓建设、求发展这一重大课题面前,我们清醒地认识到:一个一向少有国家投资的地方港口,要想摆脱泊位少、功能单一、服务设施不配套的困窘,就必须解放思想,克服“等、靠、要”意识,转换经营机制,实行企业产权多元化的改革新举措,外引内联,合资建港,共同发展。
