开展各种行之有效的活动,提高经纪人从业者的执业素质,促进全行业加快发展,是经纪人协会的重要任务。南京市经纪人协会认真开展“经纪人素质提高年”活动,在活动中落实一系列配套举措。市经纪人协会在涌现出来的先进经纪人中评选出“双十佳”经纪人,并和市工商局共同有声有色地加以表彰,南京市副市长、市经纪人协会名誉会长蒋裕德参加颁奖并发表讲话。表彰“双十佳”活动,对增强敢创一流的士气,提高开拓创新的勇气,无疑具有极大的鼓舞和示范作用。本刊本期安排相应版面,刊登南京市蒋裕德副市长和市协会王文生会长的讲话,集中介绍南京市经纪人协会开展“双十佳”活动的情况和经验,选刊南京“双十佳”经纪人的简要事迹,既可供各地协会开展相关活动借鉴,也使从业者从“双十佳”的事迹中获得启迪。
