2002年9月17日苏州市委、市政府召开国有(集体)企业改革动员大会后,苏州市贸易局召开改革工作会议,直属企业改革工作全面推开。
On September 17, 2002, after the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government held the mobilization meeting for the reform of the state-owned (collective) enterprises, the Trade Bureau of Suzhou Municipality held a meeting on reform and the reform of the enterprises under its direct control was launched in an all-round way.
