目的回顾《献血法》实施10周年浙江省献血者HIV感染情况,为指导血站相关工作提供科学依据。方法收集浙江省近十年来献血者HIV流行情况的常规资料。结果 1999~2008年献血者4 884 244人,抗-HIV阳性数由1999年6人增至2008年49人,阳性率由1999年1.52/10万增至8.82/10万。(P<0.01)。结论抗-HIV阳性数呈逐年增长趋势。
Objective To review the status of HIV infection among blood donors in Zhejiang Province on the 10th anniversary of the implementation of the “Blood Donation Law” and provide a scientific basis for the guidance of blood-related work. Methods The routine data on the prevalence of HIV in blood donors in Zhejiang Province during the past decade was collected. Results A total of 4 884 244 blood donors were recruited from 1999 to 2008. The positive number of anti-HIV was increased from 6 in 1999 to 49 in 2008. The positive rate increased from 1.52 / 100 000 in 1999 to 8.82 / 100,000. (P <0.01). Conclusion The positive number of anti-HIV was increasing year by year.
