台湾职业技术教育为其经济持续发展,不断输送了大量实用型技能人才。广东处于经济发展转型时期,应认真总结和借鉴台湾经济发展经验,尤其是职业教育方面所取得的成功经验。以粤台两所高职院校的会计专业为对象,通过课程设置与人才培养目标相关度、课程理论的深度和广度以及课程实训与岗位实践能力结合度等方面的对比分析,总结并提出一些可供大陆高职教育课程体系设计方面的借鉴之处。
Taiwan’s vocational and technical education for its continued economic development, continuous delivery of a large number of practical skills talent. As Guangdong is in the transitional period of economic development, it is important to summarize and draw lessons from Taiwan’s economic development experience, especially the successful experience gained in vocational education. Taking the accounting major of the two higher vocational colleges in Guangdong and Taiwan as an object, this paper summarizes and puts forward the comparative analysis of the relationship between curriculum setting and personnel training, the depth and breadth of curriculum theory, the combination of curriculum training and post practical ability Some of which can be used for reference in the curriculum design of higher vocational education in mainland China.
