本文从效率、外廓尺寸和结构实现难易性方面详尽地讨论了常用的单排三构件差动机构组成的单级、双级和三级行星齿轮减速器(封闭式行星传动)的综合,并且绘制了大量供机构综合用的型谱和诺模图以便简易快速地选定在给定条件下最佳的传动简图、各级内在传动比及行星轮数目等机构参数以及传动效率和外廓尺寸或承载能力大小。最后还归纳出获得更多级封闭行星齿轮减速器的普遍规律,它完全适用于由任何三构件差动机构所组成的行星减速器的综合。
This paper elaborates the synthesis of single-stage, two-stage and three-stage planetary gear reducers (closed-end planetary transmission) which are commonly used single-row three-component differential mechanism in terms of efficiency, outline size and ease of realization of the structure. And plotted a large number of profiles and nomograms for the agency’s integration to quickly and easily select the best drive profile for the given conditions, the internal gear ratios at various levels, the number of planetary gears and other institutional parameters as well as the transmission efficiency and external Profile size or carrying capacity size. Finally, the general rule of obtaining more closed planetary gear reducers is summed up. It is suitable for the synthesis of planetary reducer composed of any three-component differential mechanism.
