利用紫外线对蝉拟青霉原生质体进行了诱变，获得了４株产孢量比出发菌株提高１倍以上的菌株，其中１株对桃蚜的致死率比出发菌株提高１０％以上。经连续转接３代后，其产孢量及对桃蚜的致死率均保持了较高的稳定性。
The protoplasts of Paecilomyces cv. Penicillium were mutagenized by ultraviolet light. Four strains with more than one time more sporulation than the original strain were obtained. Among them, the lethality of one strain to Myzus persicae was over 10% higher than that of the original strain. After three successive passages, the sporulation rate and lethality of Myzus persicae all maintained high stability.
