This article aims to understand the pharmacokinetic differences between male and female volunteers after oral, intravenous and intramuscular aspirin. Eighteen healthy male volunteers were randomly divided into three-dimensional crossover design. Each of the volunteers was fasted for 1.8 g once daily after oral administration, intravenous injection and intramuscular injection at intervals of one week.
