在职场上流行着“羚羊和狮子”的故事。羚羊每天醒来,都要想到只有跑得比狮子快才能生存;而狮子也在想,只有跑得比羚羊快,自己才不会饿死。作为城市广播电视台,我们每天也面临着这样的一个比赛,而且对手不止一个。一方面,中央台、省级卫视依然是我们有力的竞争对手;另一方面,随着互联网的发展,传统广播电视的受众不断流失,新媒体的影响力日益凸显。
In the workplace popular “antelope and lion” story.
