应哈尔滨市引进国外智力办公室邀请,国际焊接学会Ⅸ委J分委员会主席、日本焊接学会理事、新制铁株氏会社研究员百合岡信孝博士于6月21日抵达哈尔滨市,日前在哈尔滨焊接研究所进行了为期6天的技术讲座与交流。 6月22日上午,冯志敏副所长、徐实鹏主任接见了外宾,代表哈焊所对日本专家的到来表示热烈欢迎,并向外宾介绍了哈尔滨焊接所的情况。6月22日至6月26日,百合岡信孝博士分别就日本焊接技术发展状况及金属材料焊接性研究、焊接氢致裂纹评定技术、焊接接头氢扩散与集聚行为的数值计算专题进行了技术讲座。讲座内容丰富、观点新颖。
