油田使用的热采阀内有一只扶正阀座用的波纹圈.其材料是0.2mm厚的不锈钢板.原来采用的成形工艺如图1、图2所示,将裁好的钢片(毛坯)放入外套(其内壁有数个环形的V形槽)和橡胶套之间,然后通过压盖向下加压,使橡胶套膨胀,迫使钢片(毛坯)发生变形并紧贴在外套内壁的环形槽内,保压一定时间后取出,就得到了成形的波纹圈.该工件在压力机上加工,上下料均不方便,压制一件波纹图需5min.由于毛坯不易放正,废品率较高.
