逆作法复合基础承台施工需要解决钢套筒的精确定位难题,设计的钢围堰桁架式内支撑兼作钢套筒导向架的结构,解决了这一难题。从围堰设计的理论、结构形式比选、设计荷载及工况等方面简单介绍了围堰设计的步骤,并结合逆作法复合基础的具体工程示例,对设计的围堰结构进行有限元分析,验证了设计结构的合理性,并介绍了钢围堰的施工工艺,即:首节下水、浮运、定位、其余各节的接高及下沉等,为其他类似工程提供参考。
Inverse construction of composite foundation cap construction needs to solve the precise positioning of steel sleeve problem, the design of steel cofferdam truss-type internal support also serves as a steel sleeve guide frame structure to solve this problem. The design procedure of cofferdam is briefly introduced from the aspects of cofferdam design theory, structural form selection, design load and working conditions. Combined with the concrete engineering examples of the composite foundation of inverse method, the finite element analysis of the cofferdam structure is carried out. The rationality of design structure is verified, and the construction technology of steel cofferdam is introduced, that is: the first section launching, floating, positioning, the other sections connected to the high and sink, provide reference for other similar projects.
