目的应用彩色多普勒超声检测2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管情况。方法通过68例双侧下肢动脉检测结果的分析,与42例健康人群进行对照。结果糖尿病下肢动脉彩超粥样斑块的检出率高于对照组,其中糖尿病患者年龄>60岁的粥样斑快的发生率较高。糖尿病患者的下肢动脉血流速度降低、血管阻力、搏动指数增高,与对照组有明显差异。结论糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变以粥样硬化形成、血流速度、血管阻力增高为主要特点,彩超可直接反映病变的分期、轻重程度,具有重要的实用价值。
Objective To detect the lower extremity arterial blood vessels in type 2 diabetic patients by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods 68 cases of bilateral lower extremity arterial test results were analyzed, and 42 healthy people were compared. Results The detection rate of the atherosclerotic plaque in lower extremity arteries of diabetic patients was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of atheroma in diabetic patients aged> 60 years was higher. Lower extremity arterial blood flow velocity of diabetic patients, vascular resistance, pulsatility index increased significantly with the control group. Conclusion Diabetic patients with lower extremity arterial disease to form atherosclerosis, blood flow velocity and vascular resistance as the main features of color Doppler ultrasound can directly reflect the stage of the disease, severity, has important practical value.
