目的了解伊马替尼治疗胃肠道间质肿瘤的现状。方法全面检索Medline光盘数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、相关会议论文集等参考文献,并复习相关文献。结果伊马替尼对胃肠道间质肿瘤有一定疗效。结论伊马替尼是目前治疗转移性、不能手术切除的胃肠道间质肿瘤有效药物。
Objective To understand the status of imatinib treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods A comprehensive search of Medline CD-ROM database, China Biomedical Literature Database, relevant conference proceedings and other references, and review of relevant literature. Results imatinib has some effect on gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Conclusion Imatinib is an effective drug for the treatment of metastatic and unresectable gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
