The high-energy ball milling process of the mixed powder of 64wt% titanium powder and 36wt% aluminum powder and the microstructure and heat alloying reaction of the obtained powder were also discussed. The high-energy ball milling process of mechanically crushed TiAl prealloyed powder was also discussed.
