患者男婴，4个月。自生后20余天发现颈后肩部起一色素斑，渐增大。检查见颈后靠左肩部有一约4cm×4cm棕黑色斑块状隆起，外形不规则，质硬，中心有结痴，边缘稍红。患儿系统检查未见其它阳性体征。病理检查送检为类圆柱状皮肤及皮下组织，直径约0．7cm，高约0．5cm－0．8cm，表
Patient baby boy, 4 months. More than 20 days after birth, the back of the neck was found to have a pigmented patch that gradually grew. Examination showed a brownish-black plaque-like uplift of about 4cm x 4cm on the left shoulder behind the neck. The appearance was irregular, hard, and the center had knots and the edges were slightly red. No other positive signs were found in the children. The pathological examination was a cylindrical skin and subcutaneous tissue with a diameter of about 0.7cm and a height of about 0.5cm-0.8cm.
