目的:对杨树菌材与传统菌材栽培天麻的质量进行比较与评价。方法:通过测定天麻的含水量、天麻素含量、多糖含量,分析与比较杨树菌材与传统菌材栽培天麻的质量。结果:杨树菌材与传统栎树、栗树菌材栽培天麻的含水量与天麻素含量没有显著差异;杨树菌材栽培的天麻多糖含量显著高于传统栎树、栗树菌材,分别为:38.00g/100 g、27.67g/100 g、25.43 g/100 g。结论:杨树菌材栽培天麻的质量符合中国药典的要求,与传统菌材栽培的天麻质量相当,并有天麻多糖含量高的优势。
Objective: To compare and evaluate the quality of gastrodia between poplar and traditional mushroom cultivation. Methods: The water content of Gastrodia elata, Gastrodin content, polysaccharide content were analyzed, and the quality of Gastrodia elata Blume was compared with that of traditional fungus culture. Results: There was no significant difference between the content of water and gastrodin in the cultivated gastrodia tuber between poplar and traditional oak trees and chestnut trees. The content of polysaccharides in the gastrodia medium was significantly higher than that of the traditional oak and chestnut trees : 38.00 g / 100 g, 27.67 g / 100 g, 25.43 g / 100 g. CONCLUSION: The quality of gastrodia tuber cultivating gastrodia tubers conforms to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The quality of gastrodia tuber cultivation is comparable to that of gastrodia tuber cultivation with traditional fungus and has the advantage of high polysaccharide content of gastrodia tuber.
