运用夹点分析法,针对用水网络中非跨夹点混合,研究了流股混合引起的系统用能变化与系统夹点位置之间的关系。对于非跨夹点流股,夹点下热流股与夹点上冷流股之间的混合,不会给系统带来能量惩罚;而非跨夹点流股的其他混合形式,不会给系统带来节能效果;非跨夹点热流股间以及冷流股间的混合均不会减少系统换热的热负荷。这些结论可作为用水网络的设计及已建水网络调优的理论依据。
By using the pinch analysis method, the relationship between system energy change and system pinch point position caused by mixed flow was studied in view of non-inter-pinch mixing in water network. For non-pinch-off streams, the mixing between the pinch-out hot stream and the pinch-out cold stream will not bring energy penalties to the system; rather than other intermixing streams, no blending will give the system Resulting in energy-saving effect; non-inter-folder heat flow between stocks and the mixing between the cold flow will not reduce the heat load of the system heat. These conclusions can serve as the theoretical basis for the design of water network and the tuning of the network of built water.
