目的通过对冶炼工人血铅和热应激蛋白70(HSP70)的测定,分析铅作业工人铅暴露水平与HSP70表达的相关性,探讨HSP70作为铅暴露人群监控的生物性标志物的可行性。方法选取某铅冶炼厂铅作业工人155名为铅接触组,另选该厂管理、后勒人员56名为对照组,采集2组人员外周静脉血5ml,并测定血铅及血浆中HSP70含量,分析两者的相关关系。结果 HSP70含量和血中铅含量之间存在相关性,相关系数为0.322(P<0.05)。结论血铅与HSP70含量之间具有正相关关系,HSP70可作为铅接触人群监控的生物性标志物。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the correlation between lead exposure and HSP70 expression in lead workers through the determination of blood lead and heat stress protein 70 (HSP70) in smelters and to explore the feasibility of using HSP70 as a biomarker for lead exposure monitoring. Methods A total of 155 lead workers in a lead smelter were selected as the lead exposure group and 56 workers in the latter group were selected as control group. Peripheral venous blood (5 ml) was collected from 2 groups and the content of HSP70 in blood lead and plasma was determined. Analysis of the correlation between the two. Results There was a correlation between the content of HSP70 and the content of lead in blood, the correlation coefficient was 0.322 (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a positive correlation between blood lead level and HSP70 content, and HSP70 may be used as a biomarker for lead exposure.
