社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立完善,市场竞争愈来愈烈,人才的需求亦日趋旺盛,留住和引进人才成为物资流通部门急需解决的二大问题。尤其是受社会上各种物资公司大量增加的冲击而引起的物资系统人才外流状况日趋严重。对国营物资企业提高效益,壮大实力、增长后劲影响极大。其一,人才的外流带走了我们物资企业苦心经营数十年建立起来的资源销售渠道和对外合作关系。瓜分了企业赖以生存、发展的“根据地”;其二、在广大干部职工中造成了不良影响,动摇我们的“军心”,其三,昔日“同壕”战友成为明天市场
With the gradual establishment and perfection of the socialist market economic system, the market competition has become increasingly fierce, and the demand for talents has become increasingly strong. The retention and introduction of talents have become two major issues that urgently need to be solved by the materials circulation department. In particular, the outflow of talents in the material system caused by the massive increase in the number of material companies in the society has become increasingly serious. The state-owned materials companies have great influence on increasing efficiency, strength, and growth potential. First, the outflow of talents took away resource sales channels and foreign cooperation relationships that our material companies painstakingly built up over the past decades. It divides the “base areas” on which the company depends for survival and development; second, it has caused a bad influence among the cadres and employees and shakes our “military spirit”. Third, the former “comrades” comrades become tomorrow’s market.
