用Leuconostoc mesenteroides 1226菌合成的右旋糖酐,作为血浆代用品已在临床普遍应用。据报道右旋糖酐的疗效和副作用与它的分子结构有关。本文介绍临床用右旋糖酐经衍生化制成各种部分甲基化乙酰化葡萄糖醇化合物之后采用气相色谱—质谱联用,测得右旋糖酐分子中主链、侧链连接位置;采用有效碳响应值计算右旋糖酐分子中各种糖苷键的平均重复单位并初步推断出右旋糖酐分子的结构式。
Dextran synthesized with Leuconostoc mesenteroides 1226 bacteria has been widely used clinically as a plasma substitute. The efficacy and side effects of dextran are reported to be related to its molecular structure.
