据四川省人民检察院网站消息,四川省公安厅治安管理总队原副总队长李荣飚涉嫌受贿犯罪案近日移送审查起诉。经侦查查明,李荣飚在担任四川省公安厅治安管理总队副总队长期间,利用分管民用爆炸物品等业务的职务便利,非法收受单位或个人财物1000余万元。现该案已侦查终结,移送审查起诉。
According to the website of Sichuan Provincial People’s Procuratorate, Li Rong Biao, former deputy commander of the Public Security Administration Corps of Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department, recently transferred the case for examination and prosecution for bribery crimes. After investigation, Li Rong Biao took the post of deputy commander of the Public Security Management Corps of Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department, taking advantage of his position in charge of civil explosives and other businesses and illegally accepting over 10 million yuan of property or personal belongings. Now the case has been the end of investigation, transfer to review and prosecution.
