威县从简政放权入手,构建以县政务服务中心为龙头、乡镇便民服务中心为基站、农村便民服务站为网点的服务体系,聚焦解决联系服务群众“最后一公里”问题。回应群众关切,把服务延伸到家门口。着眼于解决群众“办事难”问题,打造面向基层、方便群众的服务体系,推进服务窗口“前移”。投资520万元完成县政务服务中心搬迁,进驻部门46个,办理审批服务事项236项。投资590万元完成17个乡镇(区)便民服
