The author recently heard such an argument, and now the cadres can be divided into two types: one is “modernist” and the other is “modernized.” Although both have “modern” word, but the connotation is very different. “Modernist ” cadres to play mahjong, dancing, playing cars, singing karaoke OK all play games are all pass, with superior leadership relations are good, and dare to spend, but also money; “modern ” cadres do not Will play mahjong, will not dance, will not play car, will not sing karaoke OK, but to promote computer science, learning foreign languages, to learn modern office and management.
